We have all been exposed to high quantities of Fluoride throughout our lives and so far we’ve survived. Although the focus has now been shifted from:
“How can Fluoride help our population fight dental bacteria?” to
“How can Fluoride slowly undermine us?”.
From theories of it being put forward as a plot from the USSR to dumb down Americans to it being a genuine answer to our dental problems, Fluoride is certainly part of our world that we like it or not. Its effect on the body has been known and people are getting upset for the consequences it has on the pineal gland and our brains in general.
Will Fluoridation of our water sources cease?
Most likely not tomorrow, but we can still protect ourselves and the generations after us by not being duped and by actively try and detoxify the body from its harmful presence. If you are still not convinced Fluoride is bad and think this is all a conspiracy please read my article on why Fluoride is bad for you.
There are a couple of ways to naturally detoxify the pineal gland that I will share today with you along with some recipes you can try at home.
Oh, and also, the best way to detoxify is to try and cut the intake. So First things first, how to cut down our daily fluoride intake?
1. Clean your water, clean yourself.
The first thing you might want to look out for is if the water in your region is fluorized or not. I live in Canada and where I live, we do not have our water fluorized. It is still worth checking if yours is or not. If it is, there is still some hope as you can try and filter your water at home. And even if it is not, you might still want to consider one of those as your water might still contain chlorine or other harmful elements. This might end up being costly but trust me, it’ll be worth it because as soon as you’ll change your first filter and see how powerful Fluoride really is (often ends up creating holes in the filters, imagine what it does to your brain).
a. Activated Aluminium Water Filtration Systems
Activated Aluminium is known to significantly reduce Fluoride levels in water and there are some filters that exist that you can install at home to make sure your water is well filtered.
The upside is that it is still pretty affordable but you need to replace the filter often – which will cost you in the long run.
b. Reverse Osmosis filtration system
This one is a bit more expensive and will range in between 300-500$ to get it installed but it also takes care of chlorine and other types of contaminants.
c. Any other types of cleaning system such as the Berkley filters
These ones are quite efficient but often need to have filters replaced as well.
2. Stay away from processed foods, juices, non-organic wines, fluoridated salt and non-sticky pans
All these things often contain high amounts of fluoride – and it sneaks in without you even noticing! So the good news is that you can now eat more fresh foods! Plus, processed foods resonate to a 0 Hz frequency, which I’ll talk about more in another article.
3. Be careful with your medications
There are a couple of drugs on the market that are fluorinated – they contain something called a “carbon-fluorine bond” which would greatly increase your exposure to fluoride. Talk with your pharmacist to see if there are any other medicines available for you.
4. Fluorised toothpaste and trips to the dentist!
I know this one might seem obvious but you might need to switch to a fluoride-free toothpaste and avoid the application of flour when you go to your dentist. You can still get your teeth cleaned up but skip the fluor!
Now that you know how to reduce your Fluoride intake, you’ll still need to detoxify your body.
Curcumin is the active yellow chemical produced by some plants and also found as the main curcuminoid in turmeric. Tumeric, by the way, is one of your best allies when it comes to boosting your overall health but that aside, it’ll also help you detoxify your pineal gland from Fluoride. The Department of Zoology, University College of Science, M.L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur, India conducted an experiment to know the effects of curcumin on Fluoride exposed mice and the results appeared to be in favor of curcumin. The experiment ended with exposed mice Fluoride levels being brought to a near normal level. I highly recommend reading the whole study yourself as they go more into details about the effects of Fluoride on the body and brain: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3969660/. I also highly recommend wandering on the website as they have pretty interesting studies.
So supplementing your diet with Curcumin and Tumeric would be highly beneficial. You can also read my article on 5 spices you should start using today here!
Boron is known to help the body detoxify from Fluoride. Along with Iodine, this element is found in certain foods and is as safe as salt. It needs to be taken in small amounts or in foods that naturally have Boron in it. It is also known to cure arthritis as it has an effect on strengthening the bones.
*I would recommend being cautious with Borax supplements as the debate is still cloudy and studies have been conducted on humans and animals that seemed to point towards it being actually a low-toxicity element. It might be dangerous for the body cells and the kidney. But don’t take only my word for it.
High in boron foods: Almond, walnuts, dried prunes, raisins, beets, honey, bananas, avocado,
Iodine has had a bad reputation in the food and health industry for many, many years. Although a good amount of studies have proven that Iodine might be, in fact, beneficial to the consumer. Like anything, too much of something can still be detrimental but consumed in a conscious way (which means to not go over the top) can help to not only get rid of fluor but helps in getting heavy metals such as mercury, lead, and cadmium out of the way. “The Iodine Project” from Dr. Guy Abraham at UCLA School of Medicine offers a comprehensive view of why he believes the past views on Iodine shared by the medical community were wrong. I recommend you go check it out.
High in Iodine foods: Seaweed, Cod, Shrimps, plain Yogurt, Strawberry, Cranberries,
My favorite on this list, cacao has been used in many civilizations to stimulate the mind’s eye. Not only is it abundant in antioxidants but it is also known to energize the brain and to keep it healthy. It contains Flavanols which are a type of plant nutrient that has been studied to see their effects on the brain. Turns out it is good to protect brain cells from toxins and facilitate cell connections. It is also good to help the blood flow.
5. Greens, greens, and more greens!
Kale, chlorella, spirulina, spinach, and wheatgrass have long been known to help detoxify everything in the body, the pineal gland included. Add a bit of kale and spirulina to your smoothies for a tasteless, enhancement of your morning elixir! They are also rich in Calcium, Iron, Vitamins, and phytonutrients.
6. Apple Cider Vinegar
This one is worth it’s whole comprehensive and lengthy article only to list all of its benefits but pineal decalcification is one of them. As it contains malic acid it is a strong metal detoxifier and is known to remove heavy metals such as aluminum.
7. The sun
The pineal gland is activated by light and it also is our light center. So by gazing at the sun and letting it’s light fill you up, you can decalcify and activate your pineal gland.
The pineal gland is one of our most important ally as a race as it is our divine component, it is the link between the physical and the spiritual. Without that, we would be disconnected from our true nature and our existence would be merely physical and without any real purpose.
Your biggest gift to yourself would be to acknowledge it’s existence and treat it for what it is, this way you empower yourself as the divinity that you are and take back your true power. It is not for nothing that there is such a massive effort to calcify it – and at such a young age. To ponder about why would anyone want to target such a small gland in the body is another discussion – because the reasons are multiple.
To take away our divinity is to take away our power – now it’s up to you to claim it back.
Until next time,
